Dear active full-time student!

We have addressed this page to you because, due to legal regulations, only students enrolled in full-time education or active students under 25 participating as part-time students are eligible to work with our cooperative. This status must be verified with a valid full-time student ID. If you do not have a validated student ID, we also accept a valid school attendance certificate. This certificate must be renewed at the beginning of each new academic year or semester. Students who have not yet verified their full-time status can start working, but they will not receive payment until they provide a valid full-time student ID or school attendance certificate.

At our cooperative, only students who have reached the age of 16 can work, but for most jobs, being at least 18 years old and mature enough for the work is also required. Additional conditions may apply for certain jobs. Only those who are 18 or older are allowed to work night shifts.

To earn income, it is important to have a tax card with a 10-digit tax number starting with an 8. We cannot pay wages to anyone without a tax number. Of course, those without a tax number can start working, but they must urgently visit their local tax office (APEH) to request one. The process takes up to 30 days and is free of charge. Wages can be processed and paid on the next payroll date following the submission of the tax number.

The employment process: If someone wants to work, they can choose from the current job openings listed on our website and apply by email or phone. If there is no suitable job available, it is recommended to register for work on the registration page of our website. It is not possible to apply for jobs in advance by any other means. Anyone who accepts a specific job must officially join our cooperative. Registration on the website does not replace membership! Working is only possible as a member of the cooperative, which requires filling out a Membership Declaration. The declarant confirms they are a full-time student and wish to become a member. Members must subscribe to a share worth 500 HUF, which will be deducted from their first paycheck. Those who do not work with us will not become members, even if they have completed the Membership Declaration. In addition to the Membership Declaration, the Tax Advance and Bank Transfer Declaration and the general employment contract outlining the terms and conditions of work must be completed. Detailed conditions for each job are included in individual agreements, which must be renewed before starting each job. Those who are no longer students or no longer wish to work can leave the cooperative. Upon leaving, they will be refunded the 500 HUF membership fee. For this reason, leaving is only possible during office hours. Membership can only be terminated and reinstated once. If a valid new student ID is presented, the membership will be suspended but can be reactivated by presenting a valid student ID again.
